Our major responsibilities include: Workforce Management (recruitment & on-boarding; promotions, transfers, demotions, layoffs and reductions in force); Employee Relations; Performance Management; Training & Development; Compensation & Benefits; Policy and Procedure development & administration; Payroll; Workers’ Compensation & Leave Management, Human Resources Information Systems; and labor and employment law Compliance.
