Location: 2301 Randolph Street, Parkersburg WV 26101
Located at the end of 27th St and Worthington Creek, this unique bird and wildlife sanctuary is a wildlife refuge inside the city limits. With 80 species of birds and wildlife, and 55 plant species, the Johnson T. Janes Park Development Project has been aggressively identifying the biological resources within the park. The Park is also where the City of Parkersburg’s annual Urban Deer Hunt is held.
